The main dentist at Superteeth, Dr. HANLEY L KAISER, is a very obnoxious, rude, person who I'm about to take legal action against. I started going there about 6 years ago to see an excellent dentist that I lucked up & found. Well after my 3rd year there, for some odd reason she decided to quit and start her own practice. And because no one seemed to know where she'd gone, I lost track of her. Since the dentist office was fairly cheap, I decided to stay at Superteeth and just pick another dentist (Dr. Brown, who's no where near as good as my original dentist but oh well...). 3 more years passed, and during my occasional visits I began to observe the main dentist, Dr. Hanley Kaiser, being rude to a few patients. I remember thinking to myself 'No way is he ever gonna touch my mouth'. Well yesterday I needed the last of my wisdom teeth pulled and since Superteeth takes walk-ins I decided to go. After about an hour I got called to the back and was seated in a dental chair. Dr. Brown came in, gave me 3 shots of novocain, then disappeared. As I sat there almost another hour I began to wonder where he'd gone... and I also began to regain the feeling in my mouth. Well the first thing I thought was 'Why did he give me all those shots to just leave me for an hour until they wore off? He's just gonna have to give them to me again.' And who wants to get shot all those times unnecessarily? Dispite the fact that I'm not sure how much of that stuff you can safely have in your face at one time. So I decided to get the receptionist's attention who was standing right outside the room I was in. Well she decided to go tell the main dentist, Dr. Hanley Kaiser. I look up and there's Dr. Hanley Kaiser standing over me asking me what the problem was. The first thing I thought was 'Oh no... here's that dentist that has the attitude problem', but instead of just getting up & leaving like I should have, I thought I'd take a chance to see if he could help me. OMG I should have left. After I explained to him how the medicine was wearing off, he suggested that he 'take care of it' by giving me more shots and pulling the tooth himself. Well he grabbed a needle and began jabbing me in my mouth which hurt like h-e-l-l so I jumped. When I jumped, he yelled 'Damn it now you've made me stick myself!'. Alarmed by both he AND the needle I immediately said I was sorry. 'Yeah, sure you are', he said and then stuck me again with the needle. First of all, why would you stick me again with the needle that you just said you'd stuck yourself with? I don't know what his health conditions are... he could have AIDS for all I know. Well as he stuck me that last time, he got EXTREMELY rude and told me that he didn't have to take this sh*t and I needed to get my *ss out of there. 'I've been doing this for 41 years and I don't take any bullsh*t from no one' was his exact words. 'You can get your *ss out of here'. I have NEVER been spoken to like that by ANYONE in the professional field. Ever. I was flabber-gasted. I didn't even know what to say in response. And the mere fact that he stuck me again with the needle (almost out of spite, it seemed) after he claimed he'd just stuck himself, leaves me at a lost for words. And it's all on tape. They have a security camera in the upper right corner of the office, and I'm dying to hear him explain what happened to the tape if it mysteriously disappears. It should have recorded the ENTIRE incident. I've talked to two different attorneys already, and as I was leaving I told him that he must be a very miserable little man to talk to women like that. He's about 5 ft. 4 in. tall and seems to suffer from some sort of Napolean complex. My attorney is giving me information on how to make a complaint with the MDCH also, so they will be aware of his practices. BY ALL MEANS STAY AWAY FROM HANLEY L KAISER, DDS. His Michigan dental license # is 2901009847 and he seems crazy. Go to him & you WILL regret it.
