I went to this dentist first and than when I determined i liked it the whole family went. Now 3 years later we are still going but have encountered many issues with scheduling and the dentist returning calls. I had a dental emergency while on vacation I came back and this dentist got me right in. The problem was bigger than they deal with so I was reffered to another facility. I have called the office and requested Dr goodman to return my calls. He never did. I scheduled an appointment over the phone and it apparently never was scheduled in the system properly so they told me I did not have an appointment. Now I am in the middle of a root canal and crown procedure with no appointment. I have also noticed the last 3 times in the office they have been running behind and doing a lot of appointment shuffling and rescheduling once you have arrived. To me this is a great inconvieniance and unacceptable. The last visit I waited over an hour to get in and overheard some people that had been there over two hours. Why schedule an appointment if you cant keep them. The office is clean and nice but I do not have time to deal with incompetent office help. That is why I left my last dentist of 20 years. Off to try a new dentist.

The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. One thing I didn't like while I was there, was that they pressured me a little too much to get dental procedures that I didn't think were necessary. It made me somewhat suspicious of their motives. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.
