My mother had a stroke, and my family was devastated. We had been dealing with a lot already. We liked Dr. Nicholas. He was very kind, and ready to explain everything to us. However, some of the girls that work in the office are rude, and do not have the skills needed to work with people needing their help in this medical office capacity. In fact, one of the girls hung up on me, when I was only trying to find the best way to get the forms they needed to them! Everybody knows that you do not ever do that to a customer. It reflects on the doctor you're representing and on the office. I did talk to Christy who was very professional, kind and eager to help me with my problem. Just a suggestion, remove that several-page form from your site that you are no longer using, and do not accept, before another person wastes their time filling it out like I did.
