They definitely weren't easy to reach in an emergency. I was forced to call the emergency room in the middle of the night and was really scared. I ended up spending quite a bit for my visit. They were very expensive. Their staff is very friendly and professional. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional.

They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. I did not feel safe at all in their care. I definitely had doubts about their qualifications. They probably could have used some continuing education courses to get up-to-date on more current methods. They consistently dismiss my concerns and accuse me of making problems up. I don't trust them to ever actually look into my concerns and see if they're valid. The wait was absolutely ridiculous. It messed up my entire day.
