They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you.
