I have met with this dr on a Friday. it was agreed that surgery would be needed and that his staff would be contacting me with the date of the surgery and the follow up visits scheduled. The contact from his office would be made the following Monday, I did get a call, so on Weds, I called and was told the one and only person who could schedule the surgery was on vacation. I did not receive a call when her alledge return to work date. I have made several calls, no surgery as yet. This staff just keeps making excuses and does not return calls or even pick up the phone. Very unfriendly staff. I am not sure why I am being treated so poorly. She has my called id so when she does answer, she says my name and then tells me once again she has to call me back. It will be two weeks since my visit. No surgery scheduled.

many of my questions remained unanswered, very little empathy, and 2+ hours of waiting to see the doctor is not acceptable.
the smell of the restroom was horrific.
I left feeling I was not only treated as though I had no knowledge of my own body or condition, but also that there was NO desire to try to encourage me to return. I had come with such hopes and left to drive home crying. I am an intelligent person, respected the doctors and would have appreciated the same from them.
the only absolutely redeeming part of the visit was the gal at the desk who was as warm and friendly as receptionist I have ever encountered.
