I called them to make a appointment because it was close to my home and the receptionist that answered the call was very rude, and not at all friendly. I don't know if it was on purpose or she just don't know how to communicate well, but defiantly shouldn't be answering calls with a attitude. In the middle of the conversation she stated, "What do you want" and went on to tell me no doctors was in, but didn't follow up with telling me when they will be in so I asked her. She had a attitude, and from the customer service I received over the phone it's definitely not a place I want to go to. I was really disappointed because I read so many good reviews on this office. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance.
