I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. They had already reviewed my medical history before the appointment, and went over it with me in the exam room so as not to miss anything. They were extremely thorough and made sure not to miss one detail. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them.

I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered.
