I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through. The restrooms here are not clean. I would advise going before you leave the house. This provider has very little helpful information available online, and what they do have is hard to find. Every time I come in for an appointment, and throughout the appointment, I'm always having to remind them who I am and what my circumstances are. It's very frustrating. I wasn't very happy with how inconveniently located their business was because if I had known how long it would take me to get there I might have just gone somewhere else. It was really far from the freeway and other shopping centers.

Not at all, they were ridiculous!
Was the water they used during your teeth cleaning a comfortable temperature?
Not at all! It was way too hot
