My PCP for ~18 years under two different insurance plans through work. All doctors are constrained by insurance guidelines, but Dr. Kommareddi has done an excellent job of getting me the care I need...probably helped by my record of personal efforts to maximize my own health. I'm a relatively informed healthcare consumer...I work in the medical devices industry...and my perception is that he's up to date. I originally chose him because a co-worker previously had been a medical imaging supervisor at the hospital with which he's primarily practice-affiliated, and he has a very good reputation among his co-workers. His office staff have gone out of their way to help me several times, too.

Getting a convenient appointment time with them is almost impossible. They have really weird availability and I always have a hard time making an appointment. They want you to come back numerous times for check ups. The dr does not like to do referrals, It took 2 yrs to get one test and 6 months for another. And the specialist wanted another test and this dr said no. He seems to want to push meds then get to the bottom of the problem. I am looking into a new dr.
