There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. I'm undecided if I would refer any of my friends or family here. I'm not sure if I loved them that much to be honest. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. The surgeon and his Tech were awesome. But the office staff was rude, unhelpful and turned their backs to me and talked among each other when I stood at the desk. The receptionist cut me off before I could finish one sentence and I had a lot of questions as I was there for the first time for an emergency. I was not able to learn answers to any of my questions and had to call my insurance company the next day and have them call and find out what I needed to know.

The staff is very helpful. They squeezed my appointment (surgery) in so I wouldn't have to wait until after the holidays. The doctor was fabulous. He called me twice after to see how I was doing! He even gave me his home phone # just in case! My experience was wonderful.
