Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. It is impossible to get an appointment at their office. They are always booked and have a long waiting list. They made me reschedule 3 times in Dec. and Jan. (unreal). Then they said they'd bill the insurance during Jan. since my insurance ended end of Jan. and they screwed that up too and bill it in Feb. and then my dental insurance had ended. The office staff needs to be fired and new competent staff rehired!!! Watch your billing and scheduling appts. if you get the runaround even once go somewhere else immediately! The hours of staff is also ridiculous! They are only there a couple of times a week! Just go somewhere else and save yourself all the hassle in appt's and billing from incompetent staff.
