I had a horrible experience, 7/1814, I called when the office opened, begged for an appt. was told they would call me back. My gums were bleeding, swollen, jaw swollen, I was crying and in great pain. I have licthen plants, never knowing when it will flare up. The Dr has seen me many times for this. He did call in a med that will help, some days down the road. Since I can barley drink water, I have lost weight, which I can not afford to do. I called the emer phone number after waiting all day, I do understand the Dr is busy, but no call back? When I did call back, they said they could get me in on Monday. I asked what should I do this weekend? Their attitude was, so what!! Emer rooms are a 6 hr wait. What a HORRIBLE experience. I would not recommend this practice unless you like to suffer when thay are too busy to take of their patients!!

It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. I had a good experience because the nurses were so nice. They have an informative website too.
