I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. I have never dealt with such a disorganized organization! My daughter was very sick and when I called to get her in I was told her Dr, Dr Reau was on vacation so one of the other doctors would be given the mesage. Long story short after nothing but a run around on getting a dr's note for her absences at school I was told finally after calling for 2 weeks that they would only give her a note for 1 of the 4 days she missed. Why??? Because the FMC didn't feel she was sick enough? Even though they couldn't see her?? Well I hope it was worth losing my families business, we won't be back. I think you guys need to put some systems in place there.
