Dr. Pokely is very straight forward and no nonsense, which we liked. I would absolutely consider returning if we still lived in the area (we have since moved). They were very sympathetic to our situation, and made our son feel cared for. We discovered that we could count on them at all times and they took time to answer our questions. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They were able to provide us with everything they promised. My son's check ups have always been very comfortable, and he never experienced any severe pain. They always go above and beyond to make sure he was comfortable and relaxed.
