The staff at Northwest Dermatology Group was efficient, pleasant, and caring. You could tell from when you walked it what a great place it was. I was really impressed by the electronic medical record system. All ipads in the rooms. Dr. Robert Singer was courteous and very interested in all my concerns. He explained everything in detail. I had a great experience.

I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them.
