I highly do not advise you to take this family dental care at under any circumstance! This dental care is nothing but a fraudulent business, who tried to deceive me. Two of my kids were scheduled for a cleaning. I wasn't there to supervise them. It turns out that the dentist charged me more than they actually did. They only cleaned their teeth and provided them fluoride. A month later, the bill provided included 6 cavity fillings and a x-ray. I asked my kids who is aged 19 and 20 and they told me that they did not do any such thing during the cleaning procedure. I called and complained to the insurance fraud hotline and they investigated the situation. Before that, the dental care sent me a bill through the mail without the patient name and date of service. Above that, they threatened me if I did not pay the bill, they will take it to court. I spoke to the doctor and he told me that the bill was intended to the insurance company and not directly to me. Either way, they are cheating off the actual bill that should of been charged based on the cleaning. I sent a letter for a refund but they ignored my request. Overall, this dentist is the worst dental care I have ever witnessed. Do not invest your time and money in this corrupt and greedy family dentist.

Wow what a nightmare. I went there to get one of my son's teeth filled (based on a referral from another dentist). I have a dental discount plan and they said they were fine with it. This is what I wrote on the paperwork I filled out that day: I've come for a filling for my son's tooth. The dentist hurriedly did a procedure for my son--which took 10 minutes. They charged me $98 that day and I thought this matter was settled. But apparently the doctor did something other than what I went for (sealants for 7 teeth apparently--though I am not 100% positive this was done) and sent me a bill for an exorbitant amount--much higher than the $25 sealant per tooth as charged by the discount plan I have. We finally agreed on a compromise, still far higher than what I should have paid for, given this was an optional procedure I had no interest in getting for my son, and I wasn't told about the cost in any case (what kind of dentist would do a procedure without discussing the cost and/or the procedure itself!?). However in order to have this matter disappear, I made this final settlement payment that very day and they sent me an email saying there would be no further charges if they received the payment within the week and this matter was going to be all settled. Then I receive a letter from them after a month saying they are filing a case in court against me. After talking to the manager I was told that they made a mistake with their accounts and the manager sent me an email saying I have zero balance. As if that wasn't frustrating enough, today I receive a call from a collection agency. I had to send the person I am dealing with all the emails and proof of my payment and this matter is still pending. Does this dental group not do paper work that reflects what they are agreeing to?
