This provider performed my jaw surgery last year and prior to the surgery called my insurance company to pre-certify it. They provided my insurance with the wrong code, and then therefore gave us incorrect information that the surgery would be partially covered. Now they are billing us at 100% along with the hospital and are saying that they can do nothing about it. Now we are being tunred over to collection agencies and billed for thousands of dollars. I would not recommend this doctor's office due to their lack of due diligence when it comes to providing information to their patients.
