I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. There's been quite a few times where I've been on my way to my appointment, and they've called me to postpone it. It's not all the time, but it's still annoying. If I compare them to others in their field, I wouldn't say they're the worst, but they're definitely not the best.

Their billing practices are not ethical, they overcharged me by $700 even though they participate in my insurance. Read reviews before considering going to any MOSA office, I went to the office in Silver Spring,Md. I would not recommend this office because of overcharging patients. The clinical experience was good but not worth the hassle with billing!!!

Their equipment was decent, nothing really impressive though. It would be nice if they updated it. They seemed to know what they were talking about most of the time, but I still wasn't very comfortable. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. They had a few different appointment times available but none were perfect for my schedule. When comparing there billing and charged to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. Even though they participate with my insurance co., they charged me as self pay. I have been waiting 8 weeks for a refund. I will never return.
