Billed me for work he did not do. I asked him to correct the false bill. He refused then had his accountant hassle me. I just paid to rid myself of the hassles.

I had to have Kelly's work checked by another dentist who had to fix the work he actually did. And frankly, the guy is just plain caustic and rude.
