The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. They could work on improving their level of customer service here. It wasn't the worst that I have seen, but overall I left unimpressed. They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. I'm not positive that they wouldn't recommend a dental procedure I didn't need just to make more money. The entire office lacked in professional attitude, and the office staff definitely needs work on personal skills, as they did not treat me respectfully, or professionally. The hygenist was difficult to understand, as her English was heavily accented & she was hard on my gums, even though I told her it hurt while she was doing it.
