My appointment to see the periodontist was made 2 months in advance and yet I still had to wait over 1 hour for a consultation!! The office staff did not inform me upon arrival that she was running late and when I did finally get in to see her, she offered no explanation nor did I receive an apology. I probably would not have been so angry if someone had said something when I signed in.
