It totally didn't work for me. Dr. Berman's office literature said that if I have questions then the endodontist will be happy to answer them for me. Instead, he repeatedly complained about my questions, and even refused to answer and took off. I never returned. He probably won't even know who this is if he sees this review because I suspect he has treated many others the same way. The only reason he gets as much as 1.5 stars is that I'm pretty sure that he's at least fairly skilled at endodontic work (minus respecting and responding to patient concerns).
