I was given an appointment right away but when I went in for my visit they put a student or intern or something to work on me instead of the doctor that they scheduled me with. Him and the dental assistant kept arguing in front of me, she kept telling him he was picking up the wrong instruments. I was so upset and they gave me too much Novocaine that I was shaking and crying and couldn't stop. I guess the procedure went well because he sure was pleased with himself and didn't stop crowing about how well he did. I've never had such a horrible root canal experience in all my life and this was probably my 8th or 9th one. He butchered my gums and mouth while I was numb and it took me over a month to heal and recover. The staff was very rude to me while taking payment and giving me instructions. I've never felt so uncomfortable, taken advantage of and upset at a doctor's office before. Then after all that I had to drive an hour home while being so shaky and upset. They never once offered to help me feel better.
