They didn't display their qualifications. It made me nervous. I had to wait quite awhile. I was very disappointed. I was a little disappointed at how helpful the staff was when I called with my questions and concerns. They definitely could have been more polite. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy.
