I have the problem of care less receptionist in other doctor

The doctor is nice but the receptionist lady is very rude. I called in Tuesday morning for the emergency visit with Dr Marvasti because I was coughing non stop. The doctor gave me a piece of paper with the name of the medicine, however, she didn't signed it. That night, When i got to the pharmacy in Woburn, the pharmacist girl noticed me that the paper was not signed by the doctor so she can't give me the medicine since it's a control medicine type. Anyways, she faxed a piece of paper back to my doctor saying that she needed the doctor to sign her name on the paper in order for me to get the medicine. The next day i called the doctor's receptionist, they put me on hold for more than 10 minutes and the the receptionist finally talked to me. I asked her if she received the fax and she was talking very rude and said that it was already taken care off. The pharmacist girl also called right after i did and she told me the same that the receptionist lady was talking very rude like she didin't care. Later on, once i got the the pharmacy last night and found out that they never faxed anything to the pharmacy in woburn. I went home without medications and that was the second times and day i been waiting for cough medicine. Anyways, i just called the office again today "third day and the other lady anwered the phone saying that the doctor is not in the building so there's nothing she can do. I will cancel all my appointments with Dr Marvasti and will not come back not because of the doctor but because of the receptionist, they are ruded and not responsible.
