Ending up in an emergency room after an in office procedure was not what I planned. There were no written post procedure instructions or emergency numbers provided for my 95 year old father, which led to a 3 hour ER visit and $50 co-pay to have the wound taken care of. When the office was called to report this, the staff was rude, and basically put the responsibility on my elderly father (with bilateral hearing aids) for now knowing better?
