I’ve know Dr Fain since he worked with Dr Takacs in the 80’s. Had cleaning with Angela today in his office, she cleaned my teeth as if she was fresh out of school. She missed several areas and when I told her, she got rough by scraping gum with tool and pulling my lips hard. When I told her “we’re not doing this, just polish and we’ll be done”. When Dr. Fain can in, “I said, please don’t ever put me with that lady again, he responded, “I didn’t put you with anyone.” We usually have small talk for about 5 minutes but he turned cold. I mentioned I was going to vacation and he ignored me. He said Angela teaches dental students, I responded, “maybe she needs to continue”. This is not the type of experience I’ve ever had over the years at this office but will never have it again.

Dr. Fein and his staff are absolutely wonderful! They make the experience positive for our entire family . They are friendly, thorough, informative, answer all questions, give the patient all the time they need, and follow-up. They also work you in quickly if needed. Dr. Fein is extremely skilled in what he does, that when he gave my son the shot in his gums to numb his tooth, he felt no pain. I have had fillings and crowns, and could not have been more pleased with the outcome! He is down to earth, easy to talk to, and has a great sense of humor, while at the same time, professional! He is by far, the best dentist we have ever had!!!
