They made an extra effort to emphasize preventative care, and gave me a ton of information about child safety and nutrition. I felt like they genuinely cared about my child's health. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important.

I can see now why they specialized as a pediatrician because they were so kid friendly. They put in the extra effort to make my child feel special and important. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. It seemed like they went out of their way to encourage me, and were very supportive of all my values and beliefs about parenting issues. I know I can always count on them. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. Dr Beard was my daughters Pediatrician and my nieces my daughter is now 26 and my niece is now 16; now my granddaughters go to her and I am so happy. Dr. beard takes the time out to call you at home to check on your child when you bring your child in for a sick visit. What really impresses me about her is that she has videos for you and your child to watch for every change your child will be going through ex. menstrual cycle. I LOVE DR. BEARD SHE IS THE BEST!!!!

Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had

Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable

No, they are really great about answering the phone right away
If you didn't want certain vaccines for your child, did the pediatrician respect your decision?
No, but they thoroughly explained why every vaccination was important
