Dr. Lavin and his staff always make me feel that I am the focus of their attention when I am in the office. There are no interruptions during my visit. His assistant Monique is very kind and caring. She also has excellent technical skills. The office staff (I am sorry I can't remember her name) is very friendly and efficient. Dr. Lavin is extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to answer all my questions. I have never felt rushed during a visit. His bedside manner is professional yet personable. I am also thankful for the fact that I rarely have to wait even 5 minutes for my appointment. This shows that they respect me and my time as much as I do theirs.

They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time.
