they denied service to my grandmother and screamed at her that they were sick of her same complaint they wouldnt work with the spealist becuase the dr didnt have the time to do a doctor to doctor consult inorder for her to be seen. The receptioist are idiots and incompetent they were not trained properly and are unperfessional.They don't have that great of a professional reputation in my community. They definitely aren't known for being experts. Everything they originally told me they would be able to do for me, they ended up not being able to do. I felt lied to. The waiting area was overcrowded and too small. They never made any effort to follow up with me after my visit and it made me feel very unimportant. I know they see a lot of patients, but when you say you're going to follow up, you should.

They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them.
