When I heard from a few other dentists to avoid this office that should have been a clue .I really had no choice as I needed my root canal done. I had only a couple choices of dentist .When I walked in I was already a bit nervous .When I went in and the assistant prepped me I was literally shaking. .I have had several other root canals done and was fine. The dentist looked like he just rolled out of bed I tried to not let first impressions influence there work quality .The dentist started working on my root canal and I must say I have a small arch I have been told by other dentist.This particular dentist literally tossed his tool to the side and huffed because I had to swallow I felt like I was choking .I than told him I couldn't breath because they had put this rubber glove and used it for what he called a dam around the tooth he was working on .He said you have your nose .Is it stuffed up?It was his rudeness and his demeanor with me .He knew I was nervous .There was a little boy in the next room I believe he was 6 I heard them say .The dentist than comes back to me and says does that make you feel better.I guess meaning the little boy was asking all kind of questions and didn't seem to mind being there. I am 48 yrs old and This is by far the most unprofessional endontist I have experienced. Run from this place don't walk.
