As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by Beverly. She was ready to update my file. Her personality is so suited for this position and it gave me a wonderful start to my visit. She went out of her way to make me feel special and appreciated. The medical assistant was very friendly and thorough....great smile. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations.
I had an appointment with Dr. Ratain. She was very thorough and answered all of my questions. I feel confident that I can trust her with my health. She made me smile and feel good.
The process for leaving was also great...not a long wait and the young lady taking care of me was so personable. Overall, I had a great experience.
