The staff was friendly and professional most of the time. Although, the first lady we met with was super nice during our first appointment, but a complete jerk every time after that. It was kind of like she was only nice until we gave her our money.I had braces for 4 years & was then told that I would have to wear my retainer for the rest of my life. I spoke with another orthodontist & he said that if I was told that, it means the orthodontist didn't do the job correctly. He said a couple years of wearing a retainer is normal, but no one should have to wear one for life if the orthodontist does the job correctly. Hopefully things have changed over the past couple years, but my experience definitely wasn't the best. After spending thousands of dollars so I can have straight teeth, I'm baffled by the fact that they expect me to wear my retainer forever. Something isn't right there...
