They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time.
