The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They could've used quite a few more staff members. They were very understaffed and I ended up having to wait quite awhile. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else.
