They probably could have used some continuing education courses on how to properly handle their patients and the basic ethics of how to treat them as well. I wish they had a better staff members on hand. Every time they left the room, the staff would immediately begin talking about me and other patients...the walls are thin so I could hear what they were saying. It made me nervous and embarrassed, and I said something about it. At that point my dentist came in and Told me I needed to "shut my mouth and mind what I say"...I have never been so embarrassed in all my 63 years. I told them what I thought of them and they said..."Here take your money back, you can not keep your dentures and here is your money". I left and I do not plan on ever going back here. I was recently diagnosed with Alzheimer's and I did not expect to have a hard time here...but I was wrong.
