The practice is not what it used to be. A lot of the new personnel are not as friendly and do not take the time to show the patient how to place the rubberbands. It seems each appointment takes over an hour. They do ask the patient to sit at the patient's chair but it takes a long time before they work on the patient. My daughter has gone through a two phase treatment. The first phase was great. The second phase has not been a good experience because the personnel do not seem to care. I recommended this business while we did phase No. 1. At this point I would hesitate recommending this business. It is just not the same.

I would not recommend Columbia Legacy. They were OK when we started but have changed since then. Office hours are limited. Staff is frenzied. Wait times are long! Misinformation was given on multiple occasions. Contract was not honored. We are not completing phase two here. We will go elsewhere.
