Our family has always had a good experience at Dr. Pullara's. He's patient with the kids and answers their questions. He'll follow through with advice for whatever's next on their dental plan. But what I must also say is that whenever I have follow-up questions, I can call the office and someone will take the time to work with me. Thus, I'm writing this review because I just got off the phone with Mary (I'm assuming she's one of the dental assistants in the office). She was awesome! She took the time to not only explain to me the next-step processes and answer insurance questions that I had; she also took the time to explain to my daughter, who is currently away at college, what is needed next on her dental plan in order to schedule the necessary procedures. I would definitely recommend Plainfield Family Dental with Dr. Pullara to anyone.
