They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. The chairs in their waiting room were definitely above average. I was comfortable. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. They didn't call me to remind me about my upcoming appointment, but I really didn't need a reminder. It would've been nice if they had called me but it wasn't essential. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care.
