The facilities are filthy, the doctors lack basic human empathy management is a complete joke. There is no corporate contact and their "corporate" email is powered by Google... I wish I had known this prior to doing business with these people.

UNSKILLED/unprofessional treatment, SKETCHY billing practices, and complete run around... Absolutely NEVER going back and advise you NOT to go anywhere NEAR them...! HORRENDOUS experience all the way around!!!
