We waited an hour and a half for my father to see Dr. Eggers. My father became extremely agitated about having to wait so long, and his back was really hurting him. I knew that even if Eggers had come, in, dad was in no frame of mind to deal with him. We headed to the appointment desk. I explained that we could no longer wait on Dr. Eggers. I explained to her that if I had kept a customer waiting for an hour and a half at my workplace, I would be fired. Dr. Eggers was told right in front of us that we could no longer wait on him, and his reply was OK. No apology at all. He didn’t even address us. He just went right on to the next patient. My father told him that he should be ashamed of himself for making older folks wait so long to see him especially when in such pain. Dr. Eggers never uttered a word. His actions spoke volumes to me about his character, or lack of it. The upside in all of this is that we saw this guy for who he really is before my father was placed in his care. I wish that I had read these reviews prior to making the appointment.
