They need to treat their staff with more respect. They weren't overly rude but they could have been a lot nicer. Every time I visit, I have to remind them why I'm visiting them. It makes me feel like they don't care about me. The restrooms here weren't that clean, but they weren't out-of-control disgusting. I didn't mind using them but would have preferred a cleaner facility. The parking situation at their office was ridiculous. I ended up having to pay for parking because there were no spots available near the office.
