We got a letter saying that they will no longer be our provider of professional dental services with no explanation why. Dental hygienists work really roughly. My gum got sore afterward.

Office staff very unprofessional and Lazy. Dental hygienists work extremely quickly and are very rude. went to another dentist and was asked when was the last time anyone cleaned teeth. It was less than 6 months. New hygienists said it appeared it was never done. Misc, bills often appear months later with no explanation. Dentist is very good, but rest of office needs to go!
