Dr Thakor did not listen to my concerns at all, spent 2 minutes with me. he actually suggested I buy these plastic pieces to stick up my nose at night to solve all my sinus problems. I followed up with another ENT this week and I have multiple issues and require surgery, he stated he was surprised I could breathe at all. I've been miserable for almost a month and if he listened to me at all he may have helped me then, I would not recommend going to this man for anything.

Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment. I left the appointment wishing that they had answered more of my questions. They did answer some of them, but not all. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. Almost every time I visit, I have to remind them who I am, why I'm there, and what my circumstances are. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on.
