I waited over an hour at one appt to be seen, which is totally unacceptable. THEN at another one, I waited over 45 min past my appt time to be seen. If this continues, I will seek care elsewhere. There was no show of concern after I voiced my displeasure and I was told there are times when some patients require more time. That kind of response tells me that MY appt time is not a concern whatsoever.
