After seeing some of the neg. reviews I wanted to tell my experience with this very very good Dr.,My ex-husband Had shattered the disk in his neck, when the accident occurred my ex had no feeling and was unable to use his left side,we was referred to Dr Hess. Yes we had a wait before seeing the doctor but I have had to wait seeing my reg dr all the time, 2 is he sure of his self yes he is and that is what you should want in a DR, once we got in to see the DR he stated surgery needs to be done immediately, our ins approved but this was a work injury so day before surgery ins said no, Dr Hess so happened to be a workers comp DR as well and for work comp he had the surgery approved within a week(this is something that usually never happens when working with workers comp) Dr Hess performed the surgery in Sept 2006 after the surgery my ex regained use of his left side he no longer had pain from the neck injury no more tingling he regained feeling in his fingers and toes and 11 years later he has no issues in the area of his neck disk. I see complaints about a cpl people waited to long Hello this DR's skills are worth the wait
