I thought the staff was somewhat friendly. They didn't do too much to welcome me, but maybe they were busy. They definitely favor certain clients, and make an extra effort to help those clients. I was afraid that they wouldn't help me if they didn't like me. They probably could have used some continuing education courses to get up-to-date on more current methods. They never made any effort to follow up with me after my visit and it made me feel very unimportant. I know they see a lot of patients, but when you say you're going to follow up, you should. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long.

Do you trust this dentist to only recommend dental procedures you need?
Not at all. Every time I go in they recommend an expensive procedure I don't need
