Dr. Gaeta is not only one of the best dentists on the Big Island, but one of the best in the country. I researched him before getting work done and found that at one point he was voted top One Hundred dentists in the country by "Who's Who". His work is fantastic and he has the most state of the art equipment that create the best experience possible as far as going to the dentist is conerned. They always have my best interest in mind and now that I live off island I still make a point to come back to see Dr. Gaeta and staff for all my dental work. Plus it is a great excuse to go on vacation.

They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. I'm just another client to them. They weren't very understanding or caring, and they didn't show empathy for my situation -- just the emphasis on what it would cost me alone put me off. I could tell I wasn't their primary concern. They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. He was a lot more concerned with talking to his staff than relating to me what he was doing. I also had to go to another dentist to un-do the damage -- his work is not the best. They were over-priced in my opinion...Beware!
