They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs.
